The Arc of Carroll County, Inc. fully supports the Core Values of The Arc of the United States and The Arc of Maryland, and strives to integrate these Values into all aspects of the chapter’s actions, interactions, and decisions. All actions, interactions, and decisions will be guided by, and will demonstrate without exception, a sincere interest in and concern for the complete well-being of people with cognitive and related developmental disabilities.
