The Arc of Carroll County advocates for, and works to provide support to, people with developmental disabilities and their families in Carroll County, Maryland. The Arc of Carroll County provides services to its clients including community living, transportation, recreation and leisure, and employment services. The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabiliation Facilities (CARF) has accredited us for our Organizational Employment Services, Community Employment Services, Personal and Social Services, Family Services, Respite Services and Community Living Services.
