Coleman Wins Achievement Award
Harold Coleman has been awarded a Maryland Association of Community Services Achievement Award for meeting his goal of obtaining employment. Harold was hired on the spot by the company that provides the cleaning services at the Carroll County Courthouse. He was hired on the spot and started work the next day. His performance is consistently excellent and he enjoys going to work each day.
