Lisa Albin Joins The Arc of Carroll County Staff

Westminster, November 10, 2008…….Don Rowe, Executive Director of The Arc of Carroll County, announced that Lisa Albin joined the staff on October 22, 2008, as Director of Development.  Ms. Albin will be responsible for developing membership and giving programs as well as grant funding.
 
Ms. Albin received her BA and MA in Mass Communications from Towson State University.  She brings broad experience in both for profit and not for profit organizations to The Arc of Carroll County.
 
Ms. Albin was Marketing Manager for The Carroll County Times for ten years.  She previously served as Public Information Officer for The Maryland Emergency Management Agency and News Director for WTTR radio in Westminster.
