The Arc of Carroll County held its annual Transportation Breakfast June 11 at the Best Western Catering and Conference Center in Westminster. Drivers with perfect attendance or who achieved service milestones received awards. In addition, Dr. Charles Ecker, superintendent of schools, was recognized for his many years of outstanding support and service to people with disabilities and The Arc. Ecker retired from the school system June 30.
