Recycle Holiday Greeting Cards

The Arc is collecting holiday greeting cards to be used by people with developmental disabilities to make unique, handmade greeting cards and gift tags to be sold next holiday season.
More than 2,800 cards and 1,750 tags were sold this past holiday season. Production continues year round to meet holiday demand.
Recycled holiday cards may be dropped off at:
- The Arc of Carroll County, 180 Kriders Church Rd., Westminster, Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm (except holidays)
- The Carroll County Times, 201 Railroad Ave., Westminster, ATTN: Shiela Johnson, Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm (except holidays)
- Northern Landfill, 1400 Baltimore Blvd., Westminster at the recycling area during normal operating hours
- Westminster City Police Department, 36 Locust St. in Westminster. They are open 24/7.
