The Arc of Carroll County respects the importance of the family as a primary foundation for an individual’s growth. We welcome opportunities to assist families in supporting their individual’s development of meaningful and fulfilling lives. We offer a referral system for information regarding equipment needs, school issues and community connections. The Arc of Carroll County can direct families to available resources on the topics of wills, trusts and guardianship issues.
